I signed up for Fillout's Pro plan after trying out the free version for a bit. I needed to make some customer satisfaction surveys and integrate them with Airtable. Ordering the Pro plan was straightforward, just clicked a few buttons and I was upgraded. The survey maker is really flexible, I could customize everything from the look to the question types. The Airtable integration was a big deal for me, and it worked perfectly right out of the box, pushing responses directly to my base. I also made a multi-page form which was super easy. Needed a contact form for my little side project. Fillout was easy to pick up, didn't even read a tutorial. Made the form in like 20 minutes. It works fine and looks good on my site. No complaints.

Good form builder, slow support

I used Fillout to create some lead capture forms for my website. The form builder itself was pretty intuitive and I liked the conditional logic options. It took me a bit to get the hang of the integrations, but they worked as advertised. My main issue was with a question I had for customer support; it took about 3 days to get a response, which felt a little long.
